Voor onze klant uit Erpe-Mere, een Klasse V aannemer gespecialiseerd in infrastructuurwerken, zoeken we een Werfleider Infra. Je staat in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van infrastructuurprojecten in Vlaanderen, onder meer voor klanten zoals Lidl, Colruyt en diverse gemeentes.

What are you going to do

· Dagelijkse opvolging en aansturen van de werfploegen

· Afroepen van materialen en opstellen van technische fiches

· Bijwonen van werfvergaderingen en opmaken van korte termijn planning

· Voorbereiden van vorderingsstaten

· Controleren van de kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf

Essential skills and knowledge

Hard skills

· Bachelor Bouwkunde

· Ervaring als werfleider in infrastructuurwerken

· Kennis van technische fiches en werfadministratie

· Vaardig in werfplanning en opvolging

Soft skills

· Zelfstandig en planmatig

· Communicatief sterk

· Praktisch ingesteld en hands-on
