Introduction

Join a global leader in wellsite services for a 28/28 FIFO role based in the Cooper Basin, South Australia. This hands-on position combines well testing expertise with data acquisition skills, offering long-term potential and visa support. What are you going to do 

Responsible to assist, backup, advise or support any activity/duty necessary to achieve the company objectives/deadlines as may be practicable within the time and workload constraints of their job specification.

Responsible and accountable for:

  • Take some responsibility of their own personal development within the company
  • Accept responsibility for the activities directly associated with the operation at hand
  • Accept responsibility for the safety and well being of all personnel on the immediate location

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with the technical support to customer representatives where necessary
  • Implement and monitor maintenance programs for data acquisition equipment
  • Accurate reporting of the test data and relevant information to the supervisor

Safety Responsibilities:

  • To report all near misses and hazardous situations to the Supervisor/Manager
  • To train their trainee and assist in the JHA program
  • To wear and use the supplied personal protective equipment

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Able to adequately and professionally use the correct recording and reporting systems
  • To complete and correctly document the finalised job report
  • To understand and become involved in the Company Quality Systems

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Engineering degree
  • Oilfield well site services with strong multi-skill experience in well test service or offshore, testing and early production systems
  • Has exceptional skills with Data Acquisition Systems used with Well Test operations
  • Evidence of lower level supervisory experience
  • Computer literacy and electronic product service experience
  • Computer expertise with Adobe Pro and Visio software
