What are you going to do

We are looking for a highly organized Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator to support our recruitment team during a critical 3 to 4-month period. This short-term contract role will focus on coordination tasks to help manage hiring needs while the team undergoes a system upgrade.

  • Support recruitment operations for full-time direct hire positions.

  • Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.

  • Assist with recruitment logistics during system design, testing, and rollout phases.

  • Communicate effectively with international teams, ensuring timely follow-ups and clarity.

  • Utilize MS Teams, Outlook, and SuccessFactors to manage workflows and documentation.

Work Environment

  • Hybrid schedule: four days in-office, remote work on Fridays.

  • Flexible working hours to accommodate team and individual preferences.

  • Office closure for Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday).

  • Increased remote flexibility during the Christmas period.

  • Immediate start preferred.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage scheduling and coordination tasks efficiently.

  • Comfortable working with Outlook and MS Teams to handle communications and calendar management.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, including SuccessFactors.

  • Patient and professional when interacting with international teams and navigating time zone differences.

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Experience & Background

  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in administrative support, HR coordination, or a related field.

  • Exposure to recruitment processes or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.

  • Familiarity with corporate tools such as Outlook and Teams is essential.

  • Reliable and punctual, with a proactive approach to task management.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup with both in-office and remote responsibilities.

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
