Sr Firmware Engineer

You'll design and implement robust firmware using modern C++ and Zephyr RTOS, leading the development of embedded microcontroller platforms.
This is a unique opportunity to take the technical lead in embedded systems development for advanced industrial applications, working with modern tools and collaborating across disciplines. Your deep technical expertise, especially with STM32 microcontrollers, will be critical in driving quality and innovation across the firmware stack.
Architect and implement firmware using C++ (11/14/17) and Zephyr RTOS
Develop and maintain device drivers and real-time embedded components
Implement publish-subscribe communication, memory management, and error recovery systems
Define automated test strategies and participate in code reviews
Collaborate with hardware teams for optimal integration and participate in design reviews
Mentor junior engineers and support root cause analysis of firmware-hardware issues
7+ years of hands-on experience in embedded firmware development
Strong command of modern C++ and Zephyr RTOS architecture
Proficient in embedded debugging tools and version control systems (Git)
Experience with STM32 microcontrollers and HAL libraries
Ability to read hardware schematics and work with oscilloscopes/logic analyzers
Strong documentation and communication skills
Demonstrated leadership in embedded project delivery and mentoring
