What are you going to do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met.
Oversee project planning, programming, budgeting, and reporting to maintain strong commercial control.
Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, performance, and site coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe, compliant delivery.
Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performing project environment.

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, across multiple sectors.
Experience working on multiple commercial projects around $100 million
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and contract administration.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate project teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Results-driven, with a focus on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management, with professional registration preferred.
