Introduction

What are you going to do 

This role supports the Contracts Manager in administering EPC and consultancy/advisory contracts across pre- and post-award phases. The focus is on ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and efficient contract management aligned with project schedules and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic sourcing and tenderer prequalification
  • Preparing and issuing RFTs/RFQs
  • Managing tender processes, clarifications, evaluations, and approvals
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Post-award administration: payment verification, compliance checks, variation/claim handling
  • Supporting project leaders with contract monitoring and reporting
  • Handling warranty claims during defect correction
  • Drafting contractual correspondence
  • Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Management, or Contract Management
  • Minimum 7 years in contract administration within LNG, petrochemical, E&P, refining, or power sectors
  • Strong EPC contract experience preferred
  • Skilled in negotiation, cost control, budget monitoring, and contract strategy
  • Proactive, communicative, and able to work independently
  • Legal certification and cost estimation experience are advantageous

Tools & Systems

  • Familiarity with ERP platforms like SAP Ariba Sourcing and SAP S/4 HANA
