Rig Superintendent

Our client, one of the largest Drilling Company is looking for Rig Superintendent for their Onshore Workover Drilling Rigs in Kuwait. All nationalities are welcome, those who are available in Azerbaijan / willing to travel to attend the face-to-face interview in Baku, Azerbaijan by end of Feb or March 2023.

• Position Title : Rig Superintendent;
• Work Location : Onshore, Kuwait;
• Contract Duration : 5 Years Extendable;
• Contract Type : Direct to Drilling Company;
• Rig Type : Workover Oil Drilling Rig (750 HP);
• Rotation : 28 Days ON / 28 Days OFF,

Function:

• To manage the rig(s) and rig personnel in a manner fully compliant with Drilling QHSE policies and procedures. To provide drilling and support services to the customer and manage the rig(s) as a profit and quality performance centre.

Qualifications / Experience Requirements:

• University Degree in Engineering/similar subject or suitable operations experience;
• IADC well control (Supervisory), IADC rig pass, Rigging & lifting Technique, Banksman & slinger, standard signal, BasicH2S, Respiratory Protective Equipment Training (SCBA, SAR), Authorized Gas Tester, Defensive Driving, Root Cause Analysis, First Aid-CPR.

Industry Experience:

• Minimum fifteen (15) Years of Drilling Industry experience of Oil & Gas well drilling.

  Present position Experience:

• Minimum five (5) Years experience in the present position.
