What are you going to do

  • Analyse, Strukturierung und Dokumentation fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Workstreams
  • Übersetzung von Anforderungen in umsetzbare Backlog Items (Features, User Stories, Bugs)
  • Koordination und Abstimmung zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Plattformteams
  • Unterstützung bei technischer Konzeption, Lösungsdesign sowie Bewertung von Systemarchitekturen, Datenflüssen und Schnittstellen
  • Sicherstellung eines gemeinsamen Verständnisses zwischen Business und Technik sowie Weiterentwicklung des Requirements Engineerings und der Qualitätsstandards

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik, Software Engineering, Data Science oder vergleichbarer Studiengang notwendig
  • Fundierte Erfahrung als Requirements Engineer oder Business Analyst (m/w/d) idealerweise im Energiesektor erforderlich
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden wie Scrum, Kanban etc. sowie Verständnis für Systemlandschaften, Integrationen und APIs wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement sowie in der Weiterentwicklung von Governance Strukturen von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind ein Must-Have
