What are you going to do

Verantwortung für die Steuerung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Software-Anforderungen
Übernahme des Änderungsmanagements im Rahmen des Requirements Engineerings
Unterstützung bei Risikoanalysen sowie der Steuerung der Anforderungsumsetzung
Schaffung eines einheitlichen Verständnisses von Software und Anforderungen über alle beteiligten Rollen hinweg
Prozessorientierte Abbildung und Weiterentwicklung des Requirements Managements in der bestehenden Tool-Landschaft
Berücksichtigung von Anforderungen aus Produktentwicklung und Kundenprojekten, insbesondere hinsichtlich Traceability, Schnittstellen und Baselines

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium der technischen Informatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption von Software, idealerweise im Umfeld von Software-Plattformen
Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Gestaltungswille
Gute Kenntnisse in Methoden und Tools des Requirements Managements
IREB-Zertifizierung sowie Erfahrung mit SysML oder UML sind von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
