What are you going to do

The Regional Sales Manager, APAC will lead the development and expansion of the company’s commercial presence across Singapore and selected Asia-Pacific markets.

Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will develop multinational enterprise customers, strategic accounts and regional partner networks for smart workplace storage and workplace technology solutions. The position will manage complex consultative sales opportunities and act as the primary commercial interface between customers and partners in Asia and the company’s headquarters.

This is a senior regional market-development role requiring extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales, workplace solutions, regional partnerships and cross-border stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Sales and Market Development

  • Develop and execute a Singapore-led sales and go-to-market strategy for selected APAC markets.
  • Identify priority markets, customer segments and regional business-development opportunities.
  • Generate qualified enterprise sales opportunities and manage them through the complete sales cycle.
  • Establish structured prospecting, account planning, pipeline management and revenue forecasting processes.
  • Prepare strategic account plans, commercial proposals, presentations and negotiation strategies.
  • Lead complex regional tenders, requests for proposal and commercial negotiations.
  • Monitor regional workplace trends, customer requirements and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, sales forecast and opportunity records.

Enterprise and Strategic Account Development

  • Build senior-level relationships with regional decision-makers at multinational organizations.
  • Engage stakeholders within Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, Information Technology, Security and Procurement functions.
  • Understand customers’ workplace strategies, operational requirements and technology environments.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into commercially viable workplace solutions.
  • Develop new enterprise accounts while expanding existing strategic customer relationships.
  • Support multinational customers undertaking workplace projects and roll-outs across multiple countries.
  • Manage customer expectations and coordinate the commercial transition from sales to implementation.

Partner and Channel Development

  • Identify, appoint and develop appropriate strategic partners across selected APAC markets.
  • Build commercial relationships with workplace consultants, architects, design firms, furniture and storage providers, technology partners and systems integrators.
  • Support partner onboarding, product training, opportunity qualification and joint-account planning.
  • Establish consistent pipeline and opportunity-management standards across partner channels.
  • Coordinate partner-led proposals to ensure commercial quality and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Evaluate partner performance and identify opportunities to strengthen regional market coverage.

Workplace Technology Solution Selling

  • Advise enterprise customers on smart workplace storage solutions for hybrid and activity-based working environments.
  • Assess customer requirements relating to employee experience, space utilization, user adoption, systems integration, information security and operational support.
  • Translate workplace and technology requirements into suitable commercial propositions.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial input from internal teams for complex proposals.
  • Ensure an effective transition from business development and sales to onboarding and project implementation.
  • Capture regional customer and partner feedback to support the development of products, services and commercial propositions.

International and Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as the principal commercial contact between APAC customers, regional partners and the company’s European headquarters.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, Onboarding, Project Engineering, IT, Security and Support teams.
  • Translate APAC customer requirements, workplace practices and market developments into clear commercial and operational input.
  • Collaborate across countries, cultures and business functions to support consistent customer delivery.
  • Participate in regional customer meetings, partner engagements, training and headquarters alignment activities.
  • Travel regularly within APAC and periodically to Europe as required.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise B2B sales, consultative solution selling, business development or strategic account management.
  • Substantial experience developing enterprise customers and commercial opportunities across Singapore and multiple APAC markets.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder and multi-country sales cycles.
  • Proven track record in enterprise account development, regional commercial negotiations and strategic partnership development.
  • Experience developing, managing or enabling regional partner and channel networks.
  • Experience formulating and executing regional go-to-market strategies, strategic account plans and revenue-growth initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of modern workplace strategies, workplace solutions, corporate real estate or related enterprise technology environments.
  • Experience managing international tenders, commercial proposals, requests for proposal and contract negotiations.
  • Experience working with international or European headquarters and coordinating with cross-functional global teams.
  • Ability to engage senior decision-makers and translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions.
  • Strong commercial, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English for regional customer engagement, commercial documentation and international coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of regional business-development activities

  • Establishing or expanding a regional commercial presence in APAC.
  • Supporting multi-country workplace roll-outs for multinational organizations.
  • Building partnerships with architects, workplace consultants, design firms and systems integrators.
  • Commercial or P&L responsibility for a regional market or business unit.
