What are you going to do

  • Deliver subdivision works to program, budget, and quality targets
  • Provide engineering support across earthworks, services, and pavements
  • Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
  • Manage project documentation and reporting
  • Monitor costs, variations, and forecasting
  • Ensure WHS, environmental, and quality compliance

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
  • Experience as a Project Engineer (or strong Site Engineer ready to step up) in civil construction
  • Solid understanding of earthworks, roadworks, and bulk infrastructure projects - Ideally delivering subdivison works
  • Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
