What are you going to do

Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
Coordinate tasks, meetings, and project timelines to ensure milestones are met
Act as a central point of contact for team members and stakeholders
Maintain and update project documentation, including plans, schedules, and QA/QC records
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and manage resources efficiently
Identify risks and issues, escalating and resolving them to keep projects on track
Provide technical guidance on design, construction, and program changes
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Conduct quantity take-offs and support procurement planning
Facilitate regular project management meetings

Essential skills and knowledge

On-site project delivery experience
Tertiary qualification in Engineering (desirable)
Strong project delivery skills, including budgeting and work coordination
Client-facing with a commercial mindset
Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
Self-motivated and effective in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Excellent attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management
Proven experience coordinating subcontractors across multiple trades
Inspection or asset management experience is a plus
