What are you going to do

As the Pre-Construction Onsite Coordinator, you will support the preparation phase before construction starts. This includes coordinating documentation, assisting with project readiness, and supporting the site team to ensure everything is in place before work begins onsite.

You'll act as a key link between office teams, site supervisors, and external partners to keep projects organised and progressing efficiently.

  • Coordinate pre-site preparation tasks prior to construction commencement
  • Assist with project documentation, permits, and approvals
  • Support site supervisors and project managers with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Organise site-related documentation and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project readiness
  • Coordinate site inspections, surveys, and early site works scheduling
  • Maintain organised and accurate project files and internal records
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed prior to site mobilisation
  • Provide general coordination and administrative support across the pre-construction phase

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 1 years experience in residential construction or a related coordination role or real estate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working between office coordination and site-related responsibilities
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, attitude is everything!!!
  • Preferably locally based
