What are you going to do

As the Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and scheduling maintenance tasks for outage, operational and contract work - ensuring the seamless coordination of people, materials, and processes. • Generate accurate work orders with clear job descriptions, labour, materials, and permit requirements.

  • Provide analytical reports on outage progress, critical activities, and close-out performance.

  • Ensure all planning and scheduling aligns with SLA and engineering standards.
