Introduction

On behalf of Woodside, we are recruiting for an experienced Operations Readiness professional to support the Browse Upstream Project as it progresses toward FEED readiness. This Perth-based role will play a key part in ensuring integrated asset readiness across subsea, FPSO, and digital systems within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What are you going to do 

  • Develop FEED entry strategies for Subsea and FPSO scopes
  • Provide input to FEED Invitation to Tenders (ITTs)
  • Ensure integrated asset readiness across project lifecycle
  • Collaborate across Corporate, Business, and Engineering teams
  • Support contracting and procurement processes

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • The candidate should be a degree qualified engineer with extensive multi-discipline experience.
  • Previous experience in Management of Maintenance, Operations and Subsea Engineering is required.
  • The candidate should also be proficient in Digital, Data and IT terminologies and processes.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, including an ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong governance, ethics, and a sense of self-awareness will be critical attributes of the successful candidate.
