What are you going to do 

Brunel zoekt een ervaren IT Support Specialist die zich thuis voelt in zowel telefonische als chatondersteuning voor interne gebruikers. In deze rol ben jij de deskundige die IT-gerelateerde problemen oplost, zowel vanuit huis als op locatie. Je neemt diverse systeembeheertaken op je, beheert gebruikersaccounts, werkplekken en servers.

Bij ons krijg je de kans om je expertise verder te ontwikkelen door het behalen van certificaten zoals ITIL, MS900 en Lean Yellow Belt. Hierdoor openen zich mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar diverse IT-functies, waaronder Systeembeheerder, Applicatiebeheerder of Cloud-specialist. Word jij onze nieuwe IT-professional?

Essential skills and knowledge 

Jij hebt:

  • Een succesvol afgeronde IT mbo-4 opleiding en ten minste één jaar werkervaring als ICT-medewerker/IT servicedeskmedewerker of een hbo-propedeuse in een gerelateerde richting.
  • Een behulpzame en klantgerichte instelling.
  • Een uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.

What we offer 

Je kunt rekenen op:

  • Een basissalaris vanaf € 2800,- tot € 3000,- o.b.v. 40 uur. Indien nodig heb je recht op een projectgebonden toeslag van € 100,- tot € 500,-.
  • Een OV-business kaart.
  • 26 vakantiedagen op basis van een 40-urige werkweek.
