What are you going to do
The Inspection & Integrity Engineer is responsible for developing Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies to ensure integrity management and inspection programs are executed with excellence for the LNG facility. Duties include:
- Develop and execute Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies in line with corporate integrity requirements.
- Lead and support RBI assessments, inspection planning, and integrity workshops.
- Ensure degradation barriers and integrity controls are in place and effective.
- Review anomalies, perform fitness-for-service assessments, and define corrective actions.
- Provide technical support to inspection, mechanical, materials, and corrosion teams.
- Plan and implement specialist inspection programs and improvement projects using new technologies.
- Collaborate across engineering, operations, and planning teams to drive integrity and reliability improvements.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Significant experience in RBI programs and pressure equipment integrity.
- Strong knowledge of LNG degradation mechanisms and NDT technologies.
- Familiarity with API 510/570 standards and basic metallurgy/welding.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Chartered Engineer or AICIP certification preferred.
- Experience in LNG or complex processing facilities is an advantage.
