What are you going to do

The Inspection & Integrity Engineer is responsible for developing Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies to ensure integrity management and inspection programs are executed with excellence for the LNG facility. Duties include:

  • Develop and execute Fixed Equipment Asset Strategies in line with corporate integrity requirements.
  • Lead and support RBI assessments, inspection planning, and integrity workshops.
  • Ensure degradation barriers and integrity controls are in place and effective.
  • Review anomalies, perform fitness-for-service assessments, and define corrective actions.
  • Provide technical support to inspection, mechanical, materials, and corrosion teams.
  • Plan and implement specialist inspection programs and improvement projects using new technologies.
  • Collaborate across engineering, operations, and planning teams to drive integrity and reliability improvements.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Degree in Materials, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Significant experience in RBI programs and pressure equipment integrity.
  • Strong knowledge of LNG degradation mechanisms and NDT technologies.
  • Familiarity with API 510/570 standards and basic metallurgy/welding.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Chartered Engineer or AICIP certification preferred.
  • Experience in LNG or complex processing facilities is an advantage.
