Brunel are supporting a Global Engineering company on an upcoming project in Bangkok, Thailand.

One of the first key appointments, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Administration Manager. The position is accountable for timely completion of the project during every phase, starting in Q2 2025.

Brunel are supporting a Global Engineering company on an upcoming project in Bangkok, Thailand.
One of the first key appointments, we are looking for an experienced and skilled Administration Manager. The position is accountable for timely completion of the project during every phase, starting in Q2 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain work rules and regulations that align with local labor laws- Manage recruitment process and ensure headcount requirements are met and personnel are onboarded on time
- Manager administration team to perform their duties in accordance with the company and project policies - Setup and maintain management system (MS Office 365, SAP)
- Perform any additional ad hoc duties entrusted by the Project Manager
Experience:
- Bachelor degree qualified- 10+ years experience in sit administration
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and general affairs- Experienced in site administration within a Construction or Engineering environment
- Thai national with very strong English communication skills
Salary range (80,000 - 100,000THB/month basic salary + benefits)
