Introduction

Coordinate and implement processes to ensure efficient and seamless handover of multiple projects under umbrella.
Ensure that the agreed deliverables in ORP (Operations Readiness Plan) for managing safe and seamless start-up and handover are accomplished in a timely manner by the respective stakeholders, and that supporting documentation is available as evidence of completion in the form of ORR Checklist and P-to-PA Register.
Major challenges include (1) meeting the demands of a dynamic and complex working environment, where growth in operating assets must be balanced with maintaining safe and reliable operations, (2) meeting customer expectations of flawless handovers through efficient multiparty coordination.

What are you going to do

Coordinate ORR checklist tracking and update for Projects.
Ensure availability of supporting documentation to confirm the status and close-out of deliverables listed in ORR checklists.
Coordinate the drafting, review and approval of handover deliverables registers (P-to-PA).
Maintain and receive the early documentation deliverables from the PMT and for provision of consolidated comments to the projects.
Assist the Completions & Handover Lead in managing stakeholder’s approvals on Operations Readiness Plans (ORP) and developing the quarterly updates of projects timeline.
Provide support in developing and tracking the R&R (roles and responsibilities) matrices with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and managing operational readiness and handover.
Provide input to weekly and monthly reports in relation with the status of ORP, ORR and P-to-PA.
Coordinate, maintain and keep up to date the division’s SharePoint portal.

Essential skills and knowledge

HND in Engineering.
8 years' multi-disciplinary experience in the oil and gas industry encompassing areas such as projects and facilities O&M.
Previous experience in managing multi-party coordination and processes to ensure Organizational Readiness for facilities handovers to the operating group and company.
Excellent written and spoken English skills.
Computer literate in MS Office and relevant technical applications.
