What are you going to do

Support field operations including planting, spraying, and harvesting for parent seed and commercial crops.
Assist with detasseling and corn harvest activities.
Conduct regular field checks to assess priorities.
Maintain, clean, and transport field machinery and equipment.
Comply with Heavy Vehicle National Law during equipment transport.
Keep workshop clean and maintain tools and inventory.
Follow and promote Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by following safety procedures.
Take responsibility for personal and team safety.

Essential skills and knowledge

HC licence (preferred)
ChemCert accreditation
Seed production field experience
Skilled in operating farm machinery
Forklift licence
Mechanically minded
Basic computer skills
