What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in safety initiatives and promote the elimination of Life Altering Hurts, ensuring alignment with Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS) principles during project planning.

  • Support project cost and schedule deliverables aligned with Global Projects Delaware Project Building Blocks.

  • Contribute to early-stage project development, including permitting, cost estimation, and scheduling deliverables.

  • Monitor and track pre-funding integrated project schedule changes, and help develop resolutions with stakeholders.

  • Track the completion status of pre-funding execution deliverables.

  • Participate in pre-funding meetings related to permitting and stakeholder alignment.

  • Provide support to the Execution Engineer and ensure coordination between project planning and execution functions.

  • Represent Delaware Projects in project alignment activities, including early issue identification, resolution planning, and Long Lead Equipment (LLE) identification.

  • Participate in pre-funding change management, schedule development, and stakeholder meetings; support follow-up activities.

  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Land, Air, and Commingling teams to ensure alignment on permitting and compliance deliverables.

  • Participate in construction site field walks and submit safety observations as required.

  • Support process stewardship and improvement initiatives related to the Global Project systems.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.

  • Experience in project execution and planning (Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Controls Engineer, or Execution Engineer preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of project planning and execution processes.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint).

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

  • Ability to spend approximately 95% of time in the office and 5% at field sites.
