Introduction

Join a Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong pipeline of subdivision projects across WA. As Civil Supervisor, you'll lead experienced crews, ensure quality delivery, and drive site productivity. What are you going to do

You'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and compliance, and driving productivity to meet project deadlines. You'll work alongside skilled teams who take pride in their work, supported by a company that values leadership and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities across subdivision and civil infrastructure projects

  • Coordinate and lead crews, subcontractors, and plant operators to ensure efficient workflow

  • Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance

  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve site issues

  • Maintain accurate site records, reporting, and progress updates

Essential skills and knowledge 

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience supervising civil works, ideally in subdivisions

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate crews

  • Solid understanding of earthworks, drainage, roads, and service installation

  • Ability to operate civil machinery when needed

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards

  • Must have Australian working rights

  • Current Drivers Licence
