Introduction

Voor een project binnen de farmaceutische sector zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Automation Engineer met kennis van Siemens-systemen en validatieprocessen. Je komt terecht in een GMP-omgeving waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor de uitvoering van automatiseringsprojecten en de ondersteuning van productie- en validatieactiviteiten.

What are you going to do

Jouw verantwoordelijkhedenSiemens Automation Projecten

  • Upgraden van verouderde HMI-systemen naar Siemens TIA Portal.
  • Integreren van Simatic Logon binnen bestaande systemen.
  • Conversie van WinCC-applicaties.
  • Configureren, testen en implementeren van Siemens-automatiseringsoplossingen.
  • Ondersteunen van de opstart van projecten binnen productieomgevingen.

Validatie & Documentatie

  • Opstellen van validatiedocumentatie volgens de geldende bedrijfsstandaarden.
  • Uitwerken van documenten binnen de System Validation Lifecycle.
  • Uitvoeren en ondersteunen van validatietesten op shopfloor-systemen.
  • Assisteren bij en uitvoeren van validatieprotocollen.
  • Opstellen van Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).

Productieondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen van Operations en Production tijdens de opstartfase van projecten.
  • Samenwerken met engineering-, validatie- en productieteams om een succesvolle implementatie te garanderen.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Technische kennis

  • Siemens TIA Portal
  • Siemens Step 7
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • GAMP5
  • System Validation Lifecycle
  • Kennis van GMP-, GDP- en GxP-richtlijnen

Ervaring

  • Ervaring met automatiseringsprojecten en validatieactiviteiten binnen de pharma-industrie.
  • Ervaring met productie- en shopfloor-systemen is een sterke plus.

Talen

  • Nederlands: vlot mondeling en schriftelijk
  • Engels: vlot mondeling en schriftelijk

Competenties

  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden
  • Gestructureerde en kwaliteitsgerichte aanpak
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams
