Voor een innovatieve productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren freelance Lead Product Engineer / Technical Lead die technische projecten van A tot Z begeleidt en een sleutelrol speelt binnen productontwikkeling, machinebouw en productieoptimalisatie.

What are you going to do

  • Leiden van technische projecten van concept tot implementatie
  • Ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en industrialiseren van producten en productieprocessen
  • Technische ondersteuning bieden bij investeringsprojecten, nieuwe machines en installaties
  • Samenwerken met productie, aankoop, kwaliteit en externe leveranciers
  • Beheren en uitbouwen van leveranciersrelaties en technische partnerships
  • Analyseren en oplossen van complexe technische uitdagingen binnen productie en engineering
  • Beheren van technische budgetten en bewaken van projectresultaten
  • Initiëren van verbeteringen rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit, automatisatie en innovatie

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor of master in een technische richting
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving
  • Ervaring met engineeringprojecten, machinebouw en productieprocessen
  • Kennis van productontwikkeling, productieoptimalisatie of automatisatie is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met investeringsprojecten en leveranciersbeheer
  • Sterke projectmanagement- en stakeholdervaardigheden
  • Hands-on ingesteld, analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en Engels
