Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant III to join our team at the Spring Campus. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of administrative experience, demonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities while supporting a manager and team.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to collaborate effectively, manage competing deadlines, and maintain professionalism across all levels of the organization. This position requires mobility around the campus and a willingness to learn from an experienced administrative team to quickly grow into the role.

What are you going to do

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

  • Maintain and organize files, databases, and records in compliance with company standards.

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and procurement requests.

  • Support various project, workshop, and event coordination activities.

  • Handle document control and compliance reporting tasks.

  • Assist with employee onboarding and general administrative support for staff.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.

  • Ensure adherence to business controls and administrative procedures.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 5-10 years of relevant administrative experience.

  • Proven ability to manage a fast-paced workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.

  • Experience planning and coordinating team events, workshops, or celebrations.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
