Awareness of company Integrated Management Systems (Quality; Environment; Occupational Health & Safety; Responsible Care; & Energy Management Systems; and IFA Product Stewardship)
Comply with all the relevant policies and procedures of company Integrated Management Systems.
Analyze, determine root-cause and recommend remedial solutions for problems referred from
maintenance teams to ensure proper troubleshooting of reported problems on Material resources.
Refer problems/mitigations to Superiors and concern parties
Coordinate Material coordination meetings and ensure necessary communications to all stake holders to initiate timely actions.
Ensure the ordering of Materials are done as per the ordering process in time.
Develop periodical report to foresee required actions to ensure timely availability of Materials at site.
Review, analyze and report Materials resources used during Turnaround. To develop alternate actions to minimize the impact on material delivery, avoid air freight and emergent orders.
Coordinate with MMS & Procurement section to ensure all turnaround related materials are ordered periodically.
Support Turnaround Planning and Execution with related to materials, technical evaluation, and effective communication among all stake holders.
Prepare periodical reports on Materials to ensure overall status of availability for the respective
Turnarounds to communicate to Management through coordination meetings.
Coordinate with external services for necessary approvals with related to Turnaround Materials
Collate data for Materials and services provided with the expenditure to enable monitoring for Turnarounds.
Review inputs for development of group operating budget ensuring adequate provision has been made for the funding of all anticipated activities. Monitor performance against approved levels to ensure effective cost control.
Review and ensure high value items, long-lead items and short lead items are ordered and included in Budget to have more realistic estimation.
