Supply Chain Planning Specialist IV

We are partnering with our client to recruit a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Specialist IV to join our client's team in Pune on a contract basis. Our client operates in fast-paced environments such as FMCG, food & beverage, and manufacturing, and is looking for an expert who can drive robust supply planning, replenishment, and inventory management using advanced digital tools.

• 8-10 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management within FMCG, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries, ensuring optimal stock levels and service performance.

Core Skills

• Advanced Digital Supply Planning Tools (Kinaxis Maestro desirable) - Proven experience using sophisticated planning platforms to create accurate, responsive supply plans and support data-driven decision-making.
• Supply Chain Software Proficiency - Strong analytical capability combined with hands-on experience in modern supply chain applications, enabling scenario analysis, demand-supply balancing, and performance monitoring.
• ERP Systems (SAP ECC, S/4HANA, JDE) - Ability to navigate and leverage ERP environments to manage master data, execute planning runs, and align supply plans with wider business processes.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Comfortable working with complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and to recommend practical actions that strengthen our client's end-to-end supply chain.
