Introduction

Utilize working knowledge of Inter-systems Healthcare Database, Caché Object Script and Inter-systems Trakcare application for seamless systems operations.
Apply experience in the Net Framework to contribute to the development and enhancement of the system.
Employ working knowledge of data extraction techniques and participate in report development to provide valuable insights.
Familiarity with crystal report is highly desired, as it play a significant role in generating comprehensive and informative reports.

What are you going to do

Possess working knowledge of Oracle Database and MS SQL Database, ensuring efficient data management and system functionality.
Ability to check the CACHE script related to reports to fix issues reported by users on custom reports, automated tasks, extraction reports etc that were developed by our team
Login to Windows Servers and install necessary applications, modify registry key, manage application services
Should be able to troubleshoot minor issues reported on custom development done in asp.net (VB, C#)
Ability to run queries in SQL and Oracle databases to extract and update data
Should be able to create and modify crystal reports.
Should be able to address application related issues and enhancements raised/requested by End User department, by either providing workarounds or coordinating with the concerned parties (other ICT Teams) in fulfilling/addressing the requirement/issue respectively, including, effectively communication, Providing remote access, Managing the change (patch, update or new implementation) as the Application Focal point.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related Engineering/Business field.
Minimum 9 years of progressive and directly related experience.
Strong knowledge of network, systems, desktop applications and databases
Ability to multitask and support changes.
Expert in a remote technical support role
Problem solver with strong analytic skills
