An exciting opportunity has become available for experienced Site Supervisors to join a well-established and highly regarded residential builder across multiple locations throughout Bayside, Ipswich and South Brisbane.
What are you going to do
Site Supervisor - Plantation
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in residential construction who can confidently manage multiple trades and keep projects progressing.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience supervising residential construction projects
- Strong knowledge of residential building practices and construction processes
- Excellent trade and subcontractor management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A keen eye for quality and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A strong understanding of WHS requirements
- Relevant construction qualifications/licences
- A current Australian Driver Licence
