Introduction
A well-established and growing Brisbane Luxury High-Rise Builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager or a Senior Structures Supervisor with runs on the board to join their team and take the lead on a premium luxury high-rise projects in Inner Brisbane.
This is an opportunity for the right person to join a business with an established Brisbane team, strong project pipeline and a genuine focus on looking after its people.
We're not looking for someone who simply wants another project. We're looking for the right character, someone who takes pride in their work, leads from the front and wants to grow with a business.
What are you going to do
This is an opportunity for an experienced Structures Supervisor to step up or a an experienced Site Manager or a Senior Site Manager to take ownership of a premium luxury high-rise project in Inner Brisbane.
Working closely with the Project Manager and broader construction team, you will lead the site delivery from structure through to completion, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the high standard expected of a luxury development.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of the site and driving day-to-day delivery
- Leading the site team and coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Managing construction sequencing, planning and programme
- Driving site safety, quality and presentation
- Coordinating upcoming works and ensuring the project remains on programme
- Proactively identifying and resolving construction issues
- Managing day-to-day site relationships and communication
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout the project
- Working closely with the Project Manager to achieve key project milestones
- Taking the project through to a high-quality completion
Importantly, you will be joining a well-resourced project team with strong support from experienced leadership. You will have the people, systems and resources around you to do the job properly.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
Whether your experience has come as a Senior Structures Supervisor, Site Manager or Senior Site Manager, we're looking for someone who has genuinely delivered projects of this type before and is ready to take ownership of the site.
- Proven experience delivering high-rise / multi-residential projects
- Strong understanding of structure through to completion
- Confident leading subcontractors, trades and site teams
- Strong programme, sequencing and site management skills
- High attention to quality, finishes and presentation
- Professional, reliable and strong work ethic
- Takes ownership and leads from the front
- Good communicator who builds strong relationships on site
- Wants to grow with the business rather than simply move onto the next project
