Introduction

Responsible for all aspects of the pre-commissioning and commissioning to support the successful delivery of the COMP1 scope;
Responsible as necessary to support the system completion functions for COMP1 during the execution stage;
Reviews/approves systems completion and commissioning deliverables for inclusion for COMP1 packages;
Responsible for developing and maintaining processes and interfaces related to overall Systems Completion procedures for COMP1;
Drives ongoing focus on systems completion deliverables for COMP1;
Works closely with operations advisors to align on SIMOPs, Brownfield scope and systems completion strategy for COMP1.

What are you going to do

Manage timely delivery of all systems completion’s deliverables (pre-commissioning and commissioning) for COMP1;
Ensures overall system completions compliance with Projects specifications, procedures, and plans;
Develop and manage effective systems completion procedures and tools, and commissioning plans for effective and smooth handover to the operating organization;
Develop the project systems completion philosophy in full coordination with OPCO;
Work in a project environment to create a culture that encourages everyone to contribute to their best ability every day;
Coordinates complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for simultaneous operations (SIMOPS);
Clear and concise communications required with PMT members;
Leads by example and demonstrates high integrity in all details while sensitive to multi-cultural differences and effective communications with individuals for whom English is second language;
Interacts effectively with COMPANY Project Teams and Departments to resolve issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility, and an ability to influence without authority.

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate engineering discipline;
Minimum 15+ years of experience in oil & gas industries and minimum 5+ years on similar position;
Experience with Project Execution related environment with broad experience of projects, engineering, and systems completion;
Experience of dealing with Brownfield Projects and Simultaneous Operations (SIMOPS);
Pipeline and subsea skid experiences;
Demonstrated ability and sensitivity to collaborate with people from a variety of cultural backgrounds;
Excellent written and oral English skills;
Strong organizational, planning and coordination skills;
Effective communication, influencing and interface skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience of system completion management systems.
