Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.
RFP Purpose
Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.

What are you going to do

Ensure the IT Store is kept clean and in an orderly manner.
Any issuance or receipt of assets from the IT Store is to be recorded in the asset register book and submitted to the relevant Company authorized person.
Provide Support for the IT team in any tasks other than mentioned above
Carrying out preventive maintenance tasks vacuum/ Desktops and Laptops at periodic intervals.
Commuting between Doha & Mesaieed offices, inside the Mesaieed campus buildings and to 3rd party vendor offices for any IT Support related services.

Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
