We’re hiring Front Desk & Admin for one of our
Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based
out in Mumbai.
- Position: Front Desk & Admin;
- YOE: 6+ Years;
- Contract: Permanent Role;
- Location: Mumbai.
Requirements
- Any Graduate;
- Min 6+ Yrs. of Exp.;
- Preferably Petrochemical/Lubricant/FMCG/Chemical/Pharm or Manufacturing Industry;
- Proven experience as front desk representative;
- Familiarity with office communication;
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping;
- Proficient in English (verbal and written);
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Effective communication and inter-personal skill;
- Must have multi-tasking abilities;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Customer service orientation.
