What are you going to do
Our client is seeking a Construction Automation Specialist to support a major industrial construction project in the Corpus Christi area. This role is responsible for supporting construction automation systems, maintaining project data, administering applications, and providing technical support to field engineering and construction teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience with TEAMWorks and construction automation applications used on large EPC, LNG, or industrial projects.
Responsibilities
* Support the administration and maintenance of construction automation applications.
* Configure systems to meet project requirements.
* Coordinate data between Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Construction teams.
* Maintain project reports and dashboards to ensure accurate construction data.
* Identify and resolve data quality and application issues.
* Provide technical support and user training for project personnel.
* Support Field Engineering teams with construction automation tools and reporting.
* Assist with continuous improvement of project systems and digital construction processes.
* Experience with TEAMWorks is required.
* Experience supporting construction or engineering software applications.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skills.
* Understanding of engineering and construction work processes.
* Experience troubleshooting application and data issues.
* Ability to work with multiple project stakeholders in a fast paced construction environment.
Essential skills and knowledge
* Experience on EPC, LNG, Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.
* Experience with construction automation systems and digital construction workflows.
* Experience with applications such as TEAMWorks, WITS, PTR, SetRoute, Smart Completion, BPS, or InfoWorks.
* Experience with Power BI or SSRS reporting tools.
* Engineering degree or equivalent construction industry experience preferred.
