Civil & Structural Supervisor

We are partnering with our client, a respected organization in the Oil and Gas sector, to recruit a Civil & Structural Supervisor on a contract basis. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of civil and structural activities on complex oil and gas projects, working closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Civil & Structural Supervisor, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and supervision of all civil and structural activities related to oil and gas projects.
• You will ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Your responsibilities will include managing subcontractors, monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, and resolving technical issues.
• You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives and maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards relevant to oil and gas projects.
• Proven experience in managing site activities, subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with HSE policies.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
