Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Supervisor to manage human resources and administrative functions for large-scale Oil & Gas projects. The role involves overseeing workforce planning, compliance, and cross-border coordination, ensuring smooth operations in challenging project environments. Experience in Middle Eastern projects will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations for O&G Projects:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment for project sites.
- Align HR processes with project timelines and contractual obligations.
- Handle expatriate and local workforce management, including visa and mobilization support.
Administrative Management:
- Supervise site administration, travel logistics, and accommodation for project staff.
- Maintain accurate personnel records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers for manpower allocation and resource planning.
Policy & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and project-specific requirements.
- Prepare bilingual (Chinese–English) reports on HR policies and regulatory compliance.
Cross-border & Cultural Coordination:
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Support multicultural workforce integration and resolve employee queries effectively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Public Administration, Managerial Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR & administrative experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
- Prior exposure to Middle Eastern projects is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders in China HQ.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compliance, visa processing, and project-based HR operations.

- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in policy analysis and strategic reporting is an added benefit.
