Introduction

Join a growing team delivering underground drilling and mining infrastructure projects across WA. Working alongside site teams and contractors, you'll support project delivery from mobilisation through to completion while gaining exposure to major mining operations and hands-on project execution.

What are you going to do

  • Support the delivery of underground drilling projects across WA
  • Coordinate contractors, suppliers and site personnel
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets and key project milestones
  • Assist with procurement, mobilisation and contractor management activities
  • Prepare project documentation, reports and cost tracking updates
  • Support site-based project execution and stakeholder engagement
  • Participate in risk assessments, safety reviews and project planning
  • Work closely with operations, engineering and site teams to resolve issues
  • Conduct site visits and provide project support during execution
  • Contribute to safe, efficient and successful project delivery outcomes

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Approximately 3+ years' Project Engineering experience within mining, drilling or heavy industrial environments.
  • Exposure to underground drilling, mine development or underground infrastructure projects.
  • Engineering qualification or demonstrated experience delivering underground drilling projects.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery, contractor management and site execution.
  • Confident working with contractors, operations teams and project stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to travel to site as required and work effectively in a fast-paced mining environment.
  • Must have Full Australian working rights.
