Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university. Minimum 6-10 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry, with proven exposure to FEED and Detailed Engineering projects
Strong expertise in Heat & Material Balance development, Process Design Calculations, Equipment Sizing and Selection, Hydraulic Analysis, Utility System Design, and Safety & Relief System Design. Hands-on experience in HAZOP studies, process safety reviews, and risk assessment activities is mandatory.
Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding and application of US engineering standards, codes, and industry best practices. Experience working with EPC companies, engineering contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams is essential.
Knowledge of CADWorx and E3D platforms, along with prior involvement in detailed engineering execution, is required. Exposure to process optimization, vendor coordination, and engineering deliverable reviews will be advantageous.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Aspen HYSYS process simulation and modeling, exposure to petroleum refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, or upstream facilities, involvement in capital project development, commissioning and start-up support, and experience working with US-based clients or affiliates.
