Introduction

An opportunity exists for a Travel Logistics Coordinator to join a well-established project services organisation supporting energy and resources projects.

Based in the Perth CBD, this role is focused on the coordination of workforce travel and logistics in a high-volume, process-driven environment. It is well suited to someone from the travel, logistics, mobilisation, or site administration space who enjoys structured work and being part of a collaborative team.

About this role

  • End-to-end coordination of workforce travel and logistics
  • Booking flights, accommodation, and arranging helicopter transfers
  • Managing rosters and personnel movements using Excel spreadsheets
  • High-volume data entry and administration using an in-house system
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders and service providers
  • Supporting efficient mobilisation aligned to project and operational requirements

Is this you?

  • Background in travel coordination, logistics, workforce mobilisation, or site administration
  • Strong excel capability and confidence managing rosters via spreadsheets
  • High attention to detail and comfort working with repetitive, high-volume tasks
  • Strong communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills
  • Oil & Gas experience will be considered; however, the role is best aligned to candidates comfortable with the advertised salary range
