About this role

Manage all on-site activities across multiple low-rise residential construction projects.
Schedule, coordinate, and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met
Maintain a strong site presence to monitor build quality and safety practices
Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all works are completed in line with company standards and QBCC regulations
Manage on-site issues and resolve any delays or problems swiftly and effectively
Communicate clearly and regularly with internal construction, estimating, and customer service teams
Ensure each build is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
Oversee handovers and final inspections, ensuring a smooth process and excellent presentation

Is this you?

Minimum of 3+ year's experience as a Site Supervsor in volume home construction
Trade qualification in Carpentry (highly regarded)
Must hold a current QBCC Site Supervisor License
Solid knowledge of the residential building process and strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple builds concurrently
High attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality finished homes
Ability to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
Tech-savvy and comfortable using job management software and digital site systems
