About this role

  • Manage all on-site activities across multiple low-rise residential construction projects.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise trades and subcontractors to ensure timelines are met
  • Maintain a strong site presence to monitor build quality and safety practices
  • Conduct regular quality checks and ensure all works are completed in line with company standards and QBCC regulations
  • Manage on-site issues and resolve any delays or problems swiftly and effectively
  • Communicate clearly and regularly with internal construction, estimating, and customer service teams
  • Ensure each build is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
  • Oversee handovers and final inspections, ensuring a smooth process and excellent presentation

Is this you?

  • Minimum of 3+ year's experience as a Site Supervsor in volume home construction
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry (highly regarded)
  • Must hold a current QBCC Site Supervisor License
  • Solid knowledge of the residential building process and strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple builds concurrently
  • High attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality finished homes
  • Ability to build strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using job management software and digital site systems
