Introduction

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of townhouse developments across the region.

About this role

This is a hands-on Site Manager role overseeing the full build cycle of townhouse projects from suspended slab through to final handover. You'll play a key role in ensuring construction runs smoothly, safely, and to a high standard.

Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractor coordination
Ensure all work is completed in line with project timelines and budgets
Enforce WHS policies and maintain a safe site environment
Conduct site inspections, inductions, and quality checks
Communicate effectively with the office team, trades, suppliers, and clients
Oversee site documentation, progress reporting, and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with QLD building codes and project specifications
Drive the project from slab to completion with a focus on quality and delivery

Is this you?

Proven experience managing townhouse builds from suspended slab to completion
Solid understanding of QLD construction regulations and standards
Current QBCC Site Supervisor licence
Strong leadership and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on-site
A proactive and organised approach to site management
