Be the backbone of our operations! In this role, you'll ensure critical company documents are accurate, organised, and continuously improving. You'll also help develop systems that streamline document control across projects and departments-making a real impact from day one.

About this role

As a Senior Document Controller, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate recording, storage, and ongoing improvement of company documentation in line with policies and regulations. You'll also help shape and manage document control systems, streamlining workflows and supporting effective documentation across projects and departments.

Key Responsibilities;

  • Manage and champion the client's document control systems
  • Coordinate with project teams to align document processes
  • Oversee document lifecycle and maintain accurate records
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and lead contractor onboarding
  • Enforce document security and quality standards
  • Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members
  • Manage secure document transfers, close-out, and archival
  • Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvements
  • Support the Project Services Manager with additional tasks

Is this you?

  • Stong experience in document control, ideally in the resources sector.
  • Experience with large-scale capital projects and Omega PIMS.
  • Strong knowledge of document control systems and processes.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent internal customer service and teamwork.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and MS Office skills.
  • Proactive, efficient, and solutions-focused.
  • Current WA Driver's Licence and full Australian working rights.
  • Able to provide a police clearance and pass a pre-employment medical.
  • Requires excellent fault-finding skills and the ability to solve practical problems.
