About this role

Manage multiple projects from contract award through to handover
Coordinate site supervisors, subcontractors, and consultants
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality
Drive project schedules and proactively manage project milestones
Monitor safety, compliance, and quality standards across all projects
Report regularly on management on progress and performance

Is this you?

Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential or multi-residential construction
Strong understanding of construction processes, budgets, and programs
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously
QBCC License and relevant construction qualifications preferred
