Introduction

This is a permanent appointment for an experienced Project Construction Manager to support construction delivery on a large onshore process facility. The role sits within the senior project leadership team and works closely with the Project Director to ensure construction execution aligns with agreed safety, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.

The position is site-based on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster and operates as a key interface between the owner, EPCM, and construction contractors.

This role is based in Western Australia; applicants must have the right to live and work in Australia.

About this role

  • Support the Project Director in overall construction delivery and site leadership
  • Lead construction execution across site-based activities
  • Manage EPCM and construction contractor performance
  • Coordinate multi-discipline interfaces across construction scopes
  • Maintain oversight of safety, schedule, and construction performance

Is this you?

  • Extensive experience delivering major oil & gas construction projects
  • Strong construction delivery background within regulated environments
  • Proven capability operating within senior project leadership teams
  • Confident managing contractors and site interfaces
  • Willing to work a site-based 2/2 roster
