About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Product Specialist to support the delivery, adoption, and growth of a specialised digital product suite designed for practitioners working in Family Law.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique workflows and compliance requirements within these practice areas and is passionate about helping legal professionals streamline their work through intuitive technology solutions.

You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, training, and client experience teams to onboard new clients, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities to continuously improve how the platform supports family, wills, and estates practitioners.

Who You Are
You may currently be working in Family Law, perhaps as a paralegal, legal assistant, junior practitioner, or a law graduate who has studied these areas and understands the workflows, terminology and client sensitivities involved.
You're now looking to take that hands‑on legal experience and step into the exciting LegalTech space, joining a market‑leading, Australian‑owned and operated company.
