Introduction

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and client-focused Product Specialist to support the delivery, adoption, and growth of a specialised digital product suite designed for practitioners working in Family Law.

About this role

This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique workflows and compliance requirements within these practice areas and is passionate about helping legal professionals streamline their work through intuitive technology solutions.

If you're ready to move beyond traditional practice and apply your skills in a role that blends client engagement, training, product expertise, and meaningful legal insight, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

You'll collaborate closely with sales, product, training, and client experience teams to onboard new clients, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities to continuously improve how the platform supports family, wills, and estates practitioners.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new Family Law clients.
  • Drive increased product usage and support growth across existing client accounts.
  • Develop and convert new opportunities within current and prospective firms.
  • Deliver high‑quality product demonstrations, training, and implementation plans.
  • Guide practitioners on best‑practice workflows for family law, wills and probate matters, and estate administration.
  • Act as the subject‑matter expert for the Wills & Estates product suite.
  • Stay across industry and legislative changes and proactively educate stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience or knowledge specifically in family law and/or wills and estates, probate, or broader legal practice.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Confidence working with clients ranging from sole practitioners to mid‑sized firms.
  • Strong relationship‑building capabilities and a genuine client‑first mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and keen interest in legal technology.
  • Previous sales and/or new business development experience (i.e. retail, technology, etc)
  • Full AU working rights
  • An unrestricted driver's licence.

Is this you?

Who You Are

You may currently be working in Family Law, perhaps as a paralegal, legal assistant, junior practitioner, or a law graduate who has studied these areas and understands the workflows, terminology and client sensitivities involved.

You're now looking to take that hands‑on legal experience and step into the exciting LegalTech space, joining a market‑leading, Australian‑owned and operated company. Our client is a trusted market leader, and continues to innovate and deliver smart, practical solutions to help legal professionals work more efficiently.

In this role, you'll use your legal knowledge in a more client‑focused, solutions‑driven capacity, helping practitioners adopt technology, improve workflows, and streamline how they manage family, wills and estates matters. You're someone who enjoys engaging with people, explaining processes, and finding better ways to work. You communicate confidently with lawyers and support staff, are proactive and organised, and feel energised by the idea of blending legal expertise with technology.

What we offer

If you're ready to move beyond traditional practice and apply your skills in a role that combines client engagement, training, product knowledge and meaningful legal insight, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
