About this role
Key responsibilities
- Supervise mechanical crews and subcontractors for piping, equipment installation, bolting, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, welding procedures and codes (ASME/API/B31.x).
- Enforce HSSE requirements, conduct toolbox talks and manage permits.
- Coordinate NDE, hydrotesting, pre‑commissioning and punchlist closure.
- Prepare daily reports, manpower plans and liaise with engineering/client reps.

Qualifications
- 15+ years mechanical construction experience on midstream projects; prior superintendent role preferred.
- Proficient with P&IDs/isometrics, testing, welding/NDE processes.
- Strong leadership, communication and safety certification (e.g., OSHA/NEBOSH).
