Introduction

On behalf of our client - Woodside Energy, a leading global energy company, Brunel is sourcing a casual part-time Marketing Operator. The role provides office support on Fridays and remote support during weekends and public holidays. You will be responsible for managing key operational tasks for the pipeline gas operations, based in the Perth CBD with hybrid work-from-home flexibility.

About this role

  • Schedule pipeline gas operations to meet critical business deadlines
  • Manage intraday nomination requests and process late changes efficiently
  • Issue customer notices and revise documentation as required
  • Respond to and help to manage unplanned/planned pipeline-related events
  • Act as the primary contact via the duty phone during business hours, liaising with customers and facilities as necessary
  • Hours - Friday: 8:30am - 2.30pm / Sat, Sun & Public Holidays 8.30am - 10.30am / 1.00pm - 4.00pm

Is this you?

  • Degree qualification - desirable OR practical experience in Business, Commerce, Finance or related fields
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays
  • Training and upskilling will be provided
  • Ability to work under time pressure and handle uncertainty
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while applying sound critical thinking
  • Confident communication skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
  • Previous experience in gas scheduling, operations, or a similar field is advantageous
  • Advanced MS Excel skills - formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS
