Brunel are proud to partner with our client who are looking to add a Full Time, Permanent Project Manager to their team.

About this role

Working as a Project Manager, you will take a leading role on projects from concept design and development stages, through to construction and completion.

Planning all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Obtaining all necessary regulations and permits.
Makes sure projects are aligned with agreed-upon plans.
Managing your Site Managers and Foreman oversees their work.
Communicating with clients and delivers project progress reports.
Continuing positive relationship with subcontractors.
Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Collaborates with architects, engineers, electricians, and other specialists.
Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.

Is this you?

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. (Required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Australian Commercial Construction industry (Required)
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Queensland.
