Brunel is partnering with a leading mining organisation to source experienced HR Advisors to support a significant period of transformation and organisational change across their operations. With both Perth-based and FIFO opportunities available, this is an exciting chance to contribute to business-critical change programs within a high-performing and supportive HR team.

About this role

Whether you're looking to remain city-based or prefer a site-facing FIFO role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving key people strategies, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and embedding sustainable improvements across the HR function.

Partner with operational leaders to drive and embed large-scale change initiatives.
Manage, support, and develop a team of HR professionals across diverse portfolios.
Work closely with HR leadership and operational leaders to align both tactical and transformational goals.
Provide coaching and guidance to business leaders, enhancing their people leadership capability.
Influence stakeholders to support new HR operating models and frameworks.
Deliver internal HR projects, including continuous improvement and standardisation across regional operations.
Interpret and utilise data from HR systems (SAP, Workday) to inform decision-making and provide insights.
Ensure seamless operation of shared services, with a strong focus on payroll and core HR processes.
Flexibly manage a high-volume, high-impact workload within a complex matrix organisation.

Is this you?

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
3-5 years' experience in a generalist HR role, with preference for exposure to site-based operations in the resources sector.
Proven ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation, including coaching senior leaders.
Extensive experience in managing business-level change, including planning and executing complex change programs.
A strong understanding of the HR lifecycle, with operational knowledge of shared services, payroll, and systems.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets to provide insights and support decision-making.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Workday, or similar HRIS/reporting tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a dynamic environment.
