Introduction

Responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical and instrumentation brownfield projects across a major offshore gas production facility. The CSR ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards while maintaining close coordination with operations and project teams.

About this role

  • Act as the company's on-site representative for all E&I project scopes executed offshore.
  • Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work is performed safely and meets regulatory and company standards.
  • Supervise contractors during installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
  • Review and confirm workpacks, isolations, permits, and readiness for execution.
  • Liaise with Project Engineers, Coordinators, and Planners to ensure schedule alignment and resourcing.
  • Coordinate isolations, energisation activities, and interface with operations to minimise disruption.
  • Monitor and report daily progress, quality, and safety performance.
  • Support final commissioning, punch closure, and documentation handover.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and act as a key interface between project and operations teams.

Is this you?

  • Trade Background Electrical or Instrumentation Engineer with strong offshore project experience.
  • Experienced in brownfield modification and commissioning activities on oil & gas production assets.
  • Deep understanding of hazardous area installations, isolation management, and PTW systems.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
